Job description
Morgan & Mallet, a leading agency specializing in staffing professionals for private households, hospitality, and the yachting industry, is looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team on a 3–4 month contract (project-based).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality WordPress websites using Elementor to support business objectives.
- Customize themes and plugins to align with company branding and project needs.
- Work closely with the development team and SEO team to ensure task-based collaboration and smooth project execution.
- Complete daily tasks assigned to you, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered with attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
- Expert proficiency in Elementor, with the ability to build custom websites that are both functional and visually appealing.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Proven experience in custom theme and plugin development.
- Expertise in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and website performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Tamil or Malayalam speakers is a plus.
Work conditions
Contract Duration: 3 – 4 months (project-based).
Position Type: Full-time, fully remote.
