Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced and capable House Manager to oversee the operations for our family in UAE.
The House Manager will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing property maintenance and ensuring the smooth running of their household.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage their property in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with household staff, including nannies, chefs, butler and drivers to ensure efficient operation and excellent service delivery.
- Supervise and manage the team, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Ensure all staff are trained to the highest standards and equipped with the necessary skills to fulfill their roles effectively.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Administrative tasks related to the property, payroll, correspondence, household budgets, track expenses, and manage financial records and reporting to the Principal.
- Plan and organise social events, parties, and family gatherings.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, respecting the privacy and security of the client and their family.
- Responsible for the client's belongings/packing in terms of traveling.
- Running errands if requested.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a House Manager or in a similar senior management role, preferably in a high-profile household or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and clients.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to oversee multiple properties and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel with the client if needed.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on making things happen, serving as a reliable support for the entire team.
- Fluency in English is required
- Pet Friendly (6 dogs)
Work conditions
House Manager F/M.
Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
Driving License - Car available for work.
Full time – Permanent role.
Live In.
Sponsorship will be provided: VISA, Medical Insurance, Flight ticket.
Salary
8,000 - 15,000AED D.O.E.
