Job description
As a Luxury Household Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, selecting, and placing top-tier candidates for roles such as butlers, nannies, estate managers, private chefs, and more.
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from client acquisition and job specification to candidate interviews and placements, ensuring the highest standards of service for both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and candidates in the Middle East.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments with clients to fully understand their household staffing requirements.
- Source and vet high-quality candidates through a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Interview, screen, and assess potential candidates, ensuring they meet both the client's expectations and company standards.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation, contract signing, and post-placement follow-up.
- Maintain a database of candidates and track their progress through the recruitment pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with relevant UAE labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the luxury, hospitality, or household staffing sectors.
- A strong network of potential candidates and clients in the Middle East.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing recruitment processes.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, French) are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa requirements.
