Job description
We are looking for an experienced, live-out Housekeeper (M/F) for a full-time, permanent position with one of our clients in Miami, Florida.
The ideal candidate will be based in or near Miami, enjoy working as part of a team, and have proven experience maintaining luxury properties with high-end materials and finishes. This is a long-term role that we are looking to fill as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing all areas of the home.
- Care for luxury furnishings and high-end materials with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage laundry and ironing, ensuring garments are handled and cared for according to their specific care instructions.
- Work cooperatively with other household staff to ensure seamless daily operations and communication.
- Address any special requests or tasks as directed by the client.
- Ensure the property remains immaculate and well-maintained at all times.
- Report any required maintenance or repairs to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a housekeeper in a high-end property.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Friendly, polite, and trustworthy, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Discreet and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability, especially during the client's presence.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Must reside in or near Miami Beach.
- Valid US work permit
Work conditions
- Job Title: Housekeeper (M/F).
- Location: Miami, Florida.
- Contract: Full-time, permanent (CDI).
- Start Date: Immediate availability required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility when the employers are on-site.
Salary
