We are seeking an experienced House Manager (M/F) for a permanent, full-time position at a prestigious property in Miami. This role is live-out, so candidates must reside nearby.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing luxury villas, supervising household staff, overseeing renovation projects, and handling budget management. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and approachable individual to join our client's team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the property, ensuring it is always in impeccable condition.
- Supervise and manage household staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate with external service providers as necessary to maintain high standards.
- Oversee renovation projects, collaborating with contractors, architects, and designers to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Manage property maintenance budgets and household expenses.
- Assist with tasks such as packing suitcases when needed.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard the property.
- Organize and coordinate guest accommodations and services.
- Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, correspondence, and regular reporting to the owners.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a House Manager in luxury private villas.
- Proven experience managing property renovation projects.
- Warm, professional, and trustworthy demeanor.
- Strong discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local property management regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license.
