Job description
We are seeking a Personal Assistant (M/F) who will ensure the seamless management of the personal affairs of our UHNW clients.
The successful candidate (M/F), committed to a long-term engagement, will enjoy working in a high-expectation environment.
This is a permanent full-time position, available immediately. The role is based in Lugano, Switzerland. Ideally the PA will organize their own accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Managing the couple's calendars.
- Handling mail and emails (sorting, responding, sending, archiving, etc.).
- Organizing personal travel for the couple.
- Organizing events (dinners, parties, birthdays, invitations, guest lists, coordinating with caterers and other service providers).
- Updating personal documents.
- Paying bills upon employer's approval and monitoring payments.
- Interfacing with various administrative bodies and service providers.
- Scheduling appointments (doctors, hairdressers, etc.).
- Personal shopping (clothing, gifts, etc.).
- Booking reservations (restaurants, clubs, leisure, sports or cultural activities).
- Coordinating children's extracurricular activities.
- Accompanying children to extracurricular activities (piano, soccer, English lessons, etc.).
- Coordinating with household staff (groceries, online orders, dry cleaning, managing supplies, printer consumables, etc.).
- Occasional chauffeur duties.
- Property management.
Requirements
- M/F, Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar professional environment.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Dynamic, trustworthy individual.
- Ensures employer confidentiality.
- Flexibility is required.
- Proficiency in communication tools (apps, Google Calendar, etc.) and office software (Office suite, etc.).
- Driver’s license required.
- Excellent command of English and Italian.
