Morgan & Mallet International is the leading agency in the recruitment of luxury household and private staff for prestigious families and residences worldwide. We are expanding our operations in Dubai and are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to help grow our digital presence and engage with our global audience.

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and generate inbound traffic and leads. You will manage all social media channels, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube and TikTok.
Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with followers.
Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and adjust strategies for optimal engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance visibility and promote services.
Conduct market research to understand the target audience and competitors’ strategies.
Manage Google reviews

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in luxury or hospitality sectors.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Analytical skills to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
