Job description
We are seeking a Head Housekeeper (M/F) to ensure the impeccable upkeep of our UHNW clients' property, meeting very high standards.
The individual seeking a long-term commitment will be meticulous and will enjoy working as part of a team in a high-expectation environment.
They will organize and perform flawless maintenance of the living spaces by working as a team to ensure the residence is impeccably maintained.
This is a permanent position, available as soon as possible. The position is located in Lugano (Switzerland). Accommodation is provided for a single person and no pets.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the comprehensive and high-standard maintenance of the 2000m² residence.
- Organize work to ensure the perfect upkeep of the interior spaces spread over 6 floors, working in conjunction with the butler.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and completion of all housekeeping duties.
- Collaborate with the butler and other house staff to ensure that both the interior spaces and laundry are always perfectly maintained and organized.
- Maintain high-end materials, decorative items, and furniture.
- Handle grocery shopping and other supplementary errands.
- Manage stocks and cleaning products.
- Welcome external service providers and receive mail and packages.
Requirements
- (M/F), with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in high-end private residences or luxury hospitality to ensure impeccable results.
- Trustworthy and able to ensure complete discretion for the employer.
- Honest, reliable, and autonomous.
- Capable of organizing daily tasks to ensure efficient and well-executed work.
- Flexible to adapt to any unforeseen changes from the employer.
- Warm, calm, pragmatic individual.
- Attention to detail and a taste for high-quality work.
- English and Italian speaker is a plus.
Work conditions

- Net Salary: Starting at 5000 euros per month, depending on profile.
