Job description
We are seeking a Housekeeping Couple to oversee the high-end interior maintenance and perfect organization of our UHNW clients' property.
Candidates committed to a long-term role will have experience in maintaining high-end spaces. They will appreciate working as a team in a high-expectation environment and will be capable of daily upkeep to high standards, ensuring impeccable service for our clients' primary residence.
This is a permanent position with accommodation, available as soon as possible. The role is based in Lugano, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the complete and high-standard maintenance of the 2000m² residence.
- Organize work to ensure the perfect upkeep of the interior spaces across 6 floors, working in conjunction with the butler.
- Plan priorities to ensure efficient work, ensuring all housekeeping tasks are completed and spaces are always perfectly maintained and organized.
- Work collaboratively with the staff present on the property.
- Maintain high-end materials, decorative objects, and furniture.
- Handle grocery shopping and other supplementary errands.
- Manage stocks and cleaning products.
- Welcome external service providers, receive mail and packages.
- Provide high-level service to clients, responding to their needs and anticipating their requests to ensure their property is always perfectly maintained.
- Organize work.
- Serve meals, drinks, or cocktails with elegance and professionalism.
- Ensure cleanliness of common areas and bedrooms.
- Work as a team and communicate with staff members to ensure service consistency.
- Provide formal or informal but elegant table service.
- Prepare rooms, beds, and linens in coordination with the housekeeper.
- Pack and unpack luggage.
- Set tables to formal or semi-formal standards according to the employer's needs.
- Maintain and manage silverware, glassware, tableware, pantry, wine cellar, and bar.
- Be responsible for welcoming guests.
Requirements
- (M/F), with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in very high-end environments.
- Able to perform duties meticulously and to high standards.
- Autonomous candidates who can organize daily tasks for efficient and flawless work.
- Trustworthy and capable of ensuring complete discretion for the employers.
- Basic skills in traditional, simple, yet tasty cooking.
- Motivated, dynamic, involved individuals.
- Integrity, reliability, responsibility, and complementary skills.
- Warm, calm, pragmatic, and flexible.
- Attention to detail and a taste for high-quality work.
- Driving license (B) required for at least one member of the couple.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Very good command of English and Italian.
Work conditions
- Job Title: Housekeeping Couple.
- Position Available: As soon as possible.
- Location: Lugano (Switzerland).
- Employment Contract: Permanent, Full-time - Days off: Sunday + 1/2 day.
- Net Monthly Salary for the Couple: €8000 per month, depending on profile.
- Accommodation: Provided in a nearby independent apartment (no pets).
