Job description
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Laundress (M/F) to assist with the interior maintenance of the property and take on the complete management of the household and family laundry for our UHNW clients, maintaining high standards.
The ideal candidate (M/F) will be meticulous, with experience in maintaining luxurious spaces and handling high-end clothing and fabrics.
They should enjoy working as part of a team in an environment with high expectations. This is a permanent position, available as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the complete maintenance of a 2000m², 6-story property by performing household chores.
- Be responsible for the care of household and family laundry (4 people).
- Ensure careful washing and ironing.
- Master folding techniques.
- Ensure the laundry is immaculate and properly stored.
- Maintain precise organization and up-to-date inventory of laundry.
- Work with household staff to ensure laundry is ready according to the employers’ and property’s needs.
- Ensure the tidiness, cleanliness, and hygiene of workspaces and related areas.
Requirements
- Male or female with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in a private home or high-end hospitality.
- In-depth knowledge of ironing techniques (iron, steam generator, ironing press).
- Trustworthy and able to ensure complete discretion for the employer.
- An honest, reliable, and autonomous candidate.
- Flexible to adapt to any unforeseen needs of the employers.
- Calm and pragmatic individual.
- Attention to detail and a taste for high-quality work.
- English and Italian speaker is a plus.
Work conditions
