Morgan & Mallet is the leading international household staff, luxury hospitality and yacht crew recruitment company in the world. Based in Dubai, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated recruiter who will help us grow our talent pool for agency
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts for our Dubai branch.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality, along with proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent. You will work closely with the management team to ensure we attract, hire, and retain individuals who align with our vision and culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions.

Collaborate with VIP and Family office to identify recruitment needs and refine job descriptions.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to post job ads and manage applications.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Proficient in recruitment software.
- Knowledge of the Dubai labor market and regulations is a plus.
