Job description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Private Chef to cater to the culinary needs of a VIP client in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in Asian-Indian cuisine and be adept at creating meals that adhere to strict dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten-free, oil-free, plant-based, non-dairy, low sugar, and low salt diet.
This is a full time and permanent role – to be filled as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality, nutritious, and flavorful meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Strictly follow the dietary restrictions of vegan, gluten-free, oil-free, plant-based, non-dairy, low sugar, and low salt.
- Specialize in Asian-Indian cuisine, ensuring authenticity and presentation.
- Design and plan diverse and appealing menus that cater to dietary needs while keeping meals interesting and varied.
- Adjust recipes and meal plans based on client feedback and preferences.
- Source fresh, high-quality ingredients that meet dietary restrictions.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including the procurement and storage of ingredients.
- Be responsive to any special requests or adjustments required by the client.
- Accommodate special dietary requests or modifications as needed.
- Innovate and adapt cooking techniques and ingredients to meet specific needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a private chef or in a high-end culinary setting, with a strong background in AsianIndian cuisine.
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing meals that comply with strict dietary requirements.
- Mastery in preparing vegan, gluten-free, oil-free, plant-based, non-dairy, low sugar, and low salt meals.
- Expertise in Asian-Indian culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Flexible, with the ability to adapt to the client’s evolving needs and preferences.
Work conditions
- Private Chef.
- Dubai, UAE.
- To be filled as soon as possible.
- Full time – Permanent role.
- Live-in (Accommodation provided separately from the client’s house).
- Sponsorship will be provided: VISA, Medical Insurance, Flight ticket.
