Job description
We are seeking an experienced, live-out Housekeeper (H/F) for a permanent position in Miami, Florida, for one of our clients.
The ideal candidate (M/F) will be living in or near Miami, enjoy working as part of a team, and have experience in maintaining a beautiful property with high-end materials.
This is a position to be filled promptly and is intended for the long term.
Responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing all areas of the home.
- Care for high-end materials and furnishings with attention to detail.
- Manage laundry and ironing, ensuring garments are treated according to their care instructions.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Handle any special requests or tasks as directed by the client.
- Ensure the property is always in pristine condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate person.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a housekeeper (M/F) in a luxury property.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Friendly, polite, and trustworthy.
- Discreet and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Proactive during the owners' presence.
- Fluent speaker is a plus.
- Resides nearby or in Miami Beach.
- US Work Permit.
Work conditions
- Job Title : Housekeeper (M/F).
- Position Available : Immediately.
- Work Location : Based in Miami , (FL).
- Employment Contract : Full Time Permanent (CDI)
- A 40-hour work week with flexibility when the employers are on-site.
