Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef (M/F) to join our VIP client in their Stately home in Scotland, UK.
Provide exceptional Mediterranean-inspired cuisine that promotes a healthy lifestyle.
Our ideal candidate is friendly and passionate about creating nutritious and delicious meals.
Responsibilities
- Menu Planning and Preparation.
- Design and prepare meals.
- Execute high-quality dishes with an emphasis on presentation, flavour, and nutritional balance.
- Occasionally prepare and serve meals for dinner parties and special events.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, tailoring meals to their dietary preferences and requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a chef, with a strong background in Mediterranean cuisine and healthy dietary practices.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends for special events.
- Passion for creating innovative and health-conscious dishes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
- Trust and discretion.
- Flexibility.
- Hard worker and independent.
- Pet Friendly.
- Driving license.
- Loves the job (products, seasonal specialities, curiosity for new recipes) Resilient to different types of cycles (peak periods, calmer periods...).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Work conditions
Live Out.
Full time, with flexibility.
Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Starting date : As soon as possible.
Salary
£50000 - 60000 Depending on experience
