Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Live-in Housekeeper for our client in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.
This role requires a proactive individual who is not only adept at organizing but also skilled in performing deep cleaning tasks. This is a full time and permanent role – to be filled as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including floors, walls, and windows.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and floors.
- Clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces, appliances, and floors.
- Wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry as needed.
- Change bed linens and ensure beds are made to a high standard.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors in all areas.
- Ensure all rooms are organized and clutter-free after cleaning.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping for private households, preferably for VIP families.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow established procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
