Job description
We are seeking an exceptional Private Chef to join the household of our VVIP client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The Private Chef will be responsible for creating exquisite and healthy meals for the client and their family, showcasing expertise in international cuisine.
This is a full time and permanent role – to be filled as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Create customized menus featuring a variety of international cuisines, catering to the tastes and dietary preferences of the VVIP client and their family.
- Prepare healthy, nutritious, and visually stunning meals for the family, using fresh, high quality ingredients.
- Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest culinary standards, with an emphasis on flavor, presentation, and nutritional balance.
- Plan and execute menus for special occasions, including formal dinners, parties, and intimate gatherings, adhering to the client's preferences and dietary requirements.
- Collaborate closely with household staff, including butlers and servers, to coordinate meal service and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Stay updated on culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients, continuously striving to innovate and elevate the dining experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Private Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a high-profile household or luxury hospitality setting.
- Expertise in international cuisine, with the ability to create dishes from various culinary traditions.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements, with experience in preparing healthy and balanced meals.
- Creativity and innovation in menu planning and recipe development, with a passion for culinary excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with household staff and cater to the preferences of the client.
- Impeccable hygiene and sanitation practices, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
