Job description

As a Recruitment Specialist at Morgan & Mallet International, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier household and domestic staff in high-profile residences and estates. Your role will involve understanding client needs, building strong relationships with candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the luxury market.
Source and screen candidates for various roles, including but not limited to estate managers, butlers, chefs, housekeepers, and nannies.
Conduct thorough interviews and background checks.
Liaise with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide expert advice on staffing solutions.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a high standard of service.
Maintain a strong network of candidates and clients in the luxury sector.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within the luxury or hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of the UAE and Middle East market and local employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
