- Accounting for property companies.
- Accounting for incoming fixed assets.
- Accounting for companies liabilities, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Accounting for inventory of inventory items.
- Accounting for funds in cash and non-cash with regular and punctual reflection of transactions under accounts in accordance with the requirements of Grant Thornton consultants in order to draw up a working balance sheet (Grand Livre).
- Knowledge of the principles of calculating social contributions under employee’s salaries within the staff schedule (based on communications with Grant Thornton consultants).
- Understanding of the taxation system in France, knowledge of the VAT calculation principles, timely transfer of taxes to the relevant budgets.
- Monthly inventory of cash by reconciliation of cash balances and non-cash funds by compiling a Report "Monthly cash control".
- Quarterly inventory accounting with subsequent adjustment of budget financing in accordance with their consumption rates and available balances.
- Annual inventory of fixed assets of companies and understanding of depreciation charges (based on communications with Grant Thornton consultants).
- Collection, analysis and consolidation of information for the purpose of preparing the next year's Budget within the framework of the budget process in cooperation with persons responsible for individual groups of expenses, and subsequent provision of consolidated information to the Manager H/F.
- Determining the nature of expenses (operating expenses within the Budget, operating expenses in excess of the Budget, capital expenditures) in order to reflect them properly reflect under the management accounting.
- Monthly monitoring of budget execution under actual expenses by filling out and sending to the Moscow office the accountant's report in accordance with the specified format.
- Regular monitoring of invoices and preparation of payment registers with advance provision of information to the Moscow office before the acceptance of the payments by the Manager H/F.
- Ensuring accuracy in the preparation of documents for compliance of invoices with the payment details of the payer company within the scope of the object of work and the nature of expenses.
- Accounting for noncash cash expenses from the bank cards of accountable persons by collecting, analyzing and consolidating reports under payments made provided by them.
- Accounting for cash expenses by consolidating advance reports collected from accountable persons and reconciliation of cash balances according to cash books.
- Monitoring the execution of payments under DOP requests (in communication with persons responsible for the execution of works under the stated DOP requests).
