Job description

Client will need an Executive Housekeeper/Nanny (M/F) to take care of household and watch over 2 girls (8 and 4) plus a two-month-old boy.

Household also has 2 large dogs.This role combines with housekeeping duties to support the family’s needs and maintain a pleasant home environment along with child caregiving as needed. Parents will handle most of the children’s care, but they are looking for an extra pair of hands.
Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-6pm; should be flexible on some days and weekends.

Responsibilities

Housekeeping:

  • Cleaning: Perform general housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. Ensure house is tidy at all times.
    Laundry: Manage laundry, ironing, folding, organizing clothes, linens and dry cleaning.
  • Organization: Maintain an organized and tidy home, including managing toys, clothes, and household items. Walking dogs as needed.
  • Grocery Shopping: Handle grocery shopping and maintain household supplies inventory.
  • Meal Preparation: Assist in preparing family meals as require.
  • Errands: Run household errands such as picking up prescriptions, dry cleaning, etc.

Childcare:

  • Supervision: Assist with monitoring the safety and well-being of the children.
    Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children, catering to any dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • School and Extracurriculars: Assist with play dates, and transport children to and from school, activities, and appointments as needed.
  • Driving: Driver’s License is a must.
  • First Aid: CPR, First Aid Certificate required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as housekeeper (nanny lite).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Work conditions

  • Title of the position: Executive Housekeeper.
  • Position to be filled: ASAP.
  • Workplace: Franklin, Tennessee (located 25 minutes away from Nashville).
  • Own private accommodations with family car.
  • Employment contract: Permanent, long-term.
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, some weekends.
