Job description

We are looking for an experienced House Manager (M/F) for one of our clients for a permanent contract at a large property in Miami. This position is non-residential; candidates must reside nearby. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in managing luxury villas, staff management, supervision of renovation projects, and budget management. We are looking for a trustworthy, dynamic, and warm individual.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property.
Ensure the property is well-maintained and in excellent condition at all times.
Supervise and manage household staff, including scheduling, training, and performance.
Coordinate with external service providers as needed.
Manage and oversee renovation projects within the property.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and designers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and manage budgets for property maintenance, renovations, and household expenses.
Packing suitcases if necessary.
Implement and maintain security protocols and ensure the safety of the property.
Coordinate guest accommodations and services as required.
Handle administrative tasks related to property management, including documentation, correspondence, and reporting to the owners.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a House Manager in a private luxury villa.
Experience in luxury property construction site management.
Friendly, polite, and trustworthy.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Flexibility in work schedule.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in property management.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license required.

Work conditions

Position Available: Immediately.
Work Location: Based in Miami, US.
Employment Contract: Full-time Permanent (CDI) with flexibility.
No work permit/visa will be provided; candidates must reside in the US and near Miami.
