Job description
We are looking for a caring and committed Caregiver (M/F) to offer tailored care and support to an 85-year-old client in Dubai, UAE. The Caregiver's duties will include assisting with daily activities, ensuring the individual's comfort, offering companionship, and performing various housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
This is a full time and permanent role – to be filled as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Help the elderly person with personal care tasks, such as dressing, grooming, and bathing.
Accompany the elderly person on daily walks and outings, offering support and companionship.
Assist with mobility and transferring the elderly person as necessary.
Ensure the elderly person's safety and well-being.
Arrange and organise the elderly person's clothing and personal belongings.
Accompany the elderly person to the mall daily for coffee or other activities.
Monitor and maintain the elderly person's hygiene and cleanliness.
Offer emotional support and companionship by engaging in conversation and activities.
Requirements
Previous experience as a caretaker or in a similar role, preferably working with elderly individuals.
Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to assist and care for others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact sensitively with elderly individuals.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Basic knowledge of first aid and caregiving techniques.

Salary
