Job description
We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Houseman in London to work full-time.
One of our VIP clients is looking for an estate caretaker that is hardworking, organized, have very high standards and reliable
Responsibilities
Dog friendly to include walking the Weimaraner dogs, grooming, cleaning dog areas and preparing their meals.
Indoor maintenance as required - Identifying and reporting on works and repairs needed within the residence and reporting maintenance, faulty equipment etc.
Co-ordinating deliveries and maintenance visits.
Assistance with luggage, packing and unpacking for journeys.
Shopping and ad hoc errands as required.
Sweeping and cleaning down all outside spaces and furnishings.
Able to travel when required.
Requirements
You must have experience working with dogs
Full driving licence and be able to drive
Good English and communication skills
Well-presented and discreet, excellent standards are expected at all times
Longevity in previous roles is a requirement
Working with a friendly team of several others
Travel with family when required.
Take pride in their work
Well presented.
Clean driving licence
Flexible / Hard working / Hands-on
Happy to step into any roles in the household and help as needed.
Valid Passport
Work conditions
Live in accommodation provided, separate staff apartment
Full-time role with flexibility at the weekends.
Contract type
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary
Salary Up to £70000 gross, depending on experience
