Job description
Our returning client is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Housekeeper (M/F) to join the team at a private residence in Pasadena, California, USA.
To make sure the property stays in pristine condition, you will collaborate with an executive housekeeper and another housekeeper.
This is a full time and permanent role – to be filled as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive cleaning of all rooms and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
Maintain the order and cleanliness of all living areas, including the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and leisure areas.
Take care of laundry, which includes clothes and linen washing, ironing, folding, and storing.
Keep track of items sent to the dry cleaners.
Execute special cleaning projects and tasks as directed by the executive housekeeper.
Support animal care by feeding three dogs and a cat, administering medication when necessary, and maintaining cleanliness.
Follow all health and safety protocols and guidelines during cleaning activities.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience as a professional housekeeper or in a comparable role within a high-standard residential setting.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proactive individual with the ability to take initiative when necessary.
Outstanding time management skills and the capability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Excellent team player.
Reliable and trustworthy individual.
Proficient in proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment and products.
Work conditions
5 days a week, either from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
Flexibility working one day on weekends and some holidays may be required.
Salary
$35 per hour, with full benefits
