We are looking for a dedicated and loyal Travelling Butler (M/F) for our UHNW client.
The selected candidate will be primarily based in Taipei, Taiwan, but must be available to travel frequently internationally, often on short notice, to ensure the comfort and well-being of the gentleman in all circumstances.
This is a full-time permanent position to be filled as soon as possible.
Provide impeccable and personalised butler service to the gentleman, both at home and while travelling.
Organise and coordinate travel, including booking flights, hotels, and local transportation.
Prepare and pack the gentleman’s luggage for trips, ensuring all needs are anticipated.
Manage and maintain the gentleman’s residential properties in Taipei and elsewhere.
Handle the gentleman’s personal and professional purchases, including managing supplies and essential items.
Coordinate with domestic staff and external vendors to ensure smooth and seamless service.
Respond to the gentleman’s requests and requirements with discretion and professionalism.
Stay updated on travel destinations, local customs, and the best service providers in various regions.
Care for a small dog (walking, vet appointments).
M/F.
Background in luxury hospitality is welcome.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to travel frequently and adapt to variable schedules.
Perfect mastery of English.

Job Title: Travelling Butler.
Position to be filled: As soon as possible.
Workplace: 40% of the time in Taipei, Taiwan and 60% of the time travelling (Tokyo, Paris, Lisbon, New York, Los Angeles).
Employment Contract: Taiwanese contract.
Working Hours: In Taiwan, office hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. During travel, high availability required, evenings and weekends.
Accommodation: Provided during travel. No accommodation in Taipei (except for the trial period).
