We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Housekeeper (M/F) for our VIP client to ensure the smooth running of a private mansion located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, France. The property is a secondary residence.
Under the supervision of the House Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily management of the property, supervising the domestic staff (2 people), and ensuring that all household tasks are performed efficiently, meticulously, and professionally.
The position is available immediately and does not include accommodation.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the household staff.
Ensure the cleaning and general maintenance of the mansion, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
Manage inventory of cleaning products and other household supplies.
Organise and supervise meals, ensuring the kitchen is clean and well-stocked.
Ensure the smooth running of events and receptions held at the residence.
Manage the budget allocated to household expenses and track expenditures.
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
M/F.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Housekeeper.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Great attention to detail.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Ability to follow instructions.
In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques and household products.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Discretion, reliability, and honesty.
Fluent in French.
Intermediate level of English.

Employment contract: Full-time permanent contract, 40 hours per week.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, flexibility required when the owner is present (Overtime compensated).
