Job description
We're seeking a full-time experienced housekeeper (M/F) to keep a home impeccable for our client in Vermont, USA.
Your duties encompass daily cleaning, laundry, changing linens, preparing meals, organising spaces and managing supplies.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and cleaning of all the rooms.
- Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and recreational areas.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, ironing, folding, and storing clothing and linens.
- Preparing and serving basic meals/snacks.
- To assist by running various errands as and when needed.
- Applicant must be able to do the shopping, which will also include purchasing groceries and cleaning products.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a professional housekeeper or similar role in a high-standard residential setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a clean and organised environment.
- Proactive individual capable of using own initiative when needed.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable and trustworthy individual.
- At least 3 years of housekeeping experience.
- Good communication and work ethic.
- Excellent time management skills.
- English is a plus.
- Honest, self-motivated, detail-oriented.
- Driver's license (bonus).
- Valid passport – (travel on rare occasions).
Work conditions
- Start Date: ASAP
- Live-out or Live In position available.
- Clean Driving Licence
- Expected to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility.
Salary
$60000 – 80000 D.O.E
