We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
Provide administrative support to the office, including handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
Organise and maintain files, records, and databases in both electronic and physical formats.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging logistics and taking minutes.
Handle office supplies inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Helping our Social media team with tasks (replying to comments, messages and posting jobs).
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Fluency in English and preferably a Tagalog speaker.
A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
48 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
