Job description
Morgan & Mallet, a leading international specialist in luxury hospitality, VIP household staff, and yacht crew recruitment and placement, is seeking an experienced International business manager developer (M/F) to join our dynamic team.
This pivotal role focuses on the Middle East, UK, and USA markets, requiring a proactive leader with a proven track record in international business development within the luxury sector.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met and to nurture relationships with potential clients in luxury hotels, retail environments, restaurants, and VIP households/UHNW and HNW clients.
Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
Coordinate market research and analyze threats and opportunities.
Manage a team of 8, including recruiters and assistants, ensuring high levels of team performance and professional development.
Plan, execute, and oversee business trips between the US and UK, facilitating cross-market collaboration and alignment.
Prepare detailed reports on commercial success and revenue generation + KPI Board.
Collaborate with the marketing and web services.
Report to the founders directly.
Requirements
Proven experience as a international buisness manager or other relevant roles with a focus on luxury markets, hospitality, and recruitment.
Strong understanding of how to manage recruitment processes within luxury environments.
Ability to apply successful business development strategies across international borders, particularly in the Middle East, UK, and USA markets.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage high-stakes client relationships and secure lucrative contracts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Must have a Passport to travel easily between USA, UK and Middle east.
