Head of Finance

Financial Leadership: Direct the company's financial goals, objectives, and budgets. Implement policies, procedures, and processes in relation to finance, tax and accounting. Develop and monitor the implementation of the Business plan: Work closely with the Senior Management and Business units on the business strategy and Development. Strategic Analysis and Financial Performance: Perform risk management by analysing the organisation’s commercial performance liabilities and investments and consider cash and liquidity risks on the company investment strategies. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on the company’s financial performance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders. Team Management:Lead and manage a team of two accountants and administrative officer, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of transactions and financial reports. Liaise with our External Chartered Accountant firms, and review accounting and HR reports. Financial and cash management. Operational Management: Oversee administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective management of resources. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations across different regions. Manage corporate tax planning and compliance. Stakeholder Engagement:​ Communicate financial and operational performance to senior management and external stakeholders, including providing financial management reporting, business insights and strategic recommendations. ​
