Job description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (F/M) to provide personalized care and support to an elderly individual aged 85 years old in Dubai.
The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, ensuring comfort, and providing companionship to the elderly individual.
This is a full time and permanent role – to be filled as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Assist the elderly individual with personal care tasks, including dressing, grooming, and bathing.
Accompany the elderly individual on daily walks and outings, providing support and companionship.
Help with mobility and transferring the elderly individual as needed.
Ensure the elderly individual's safety and well-being at all times.
Arrange and organize the elderly individual's clothes and personal belongings.
Accompany the elderly individual to the mall daily for coffee or other activities.
Monitor and maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the elderly individual.
Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging in conversation and activities.
Requirements
Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role, preferably working with elderly individuals.
Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to assist and care for others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact sensitively with elderly individuals.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Basic knowledge of first aid and caregiving techniques.
Work conditions
Caregiver F/M.
Dubai, UAE.

Full time – Permanent role.

Salary
Depending on experience and qualifications.
