Job description
We are seeking a professional and experienced Butler (F/M) to join our client household in Saudi Arabia.
The Butler will be responsible for providing exemplary service and assistance to the family, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction at all times.
This is a full time and permanent role – to be filled as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing personalized service and assistance as needed.
Manage the household staff team, delegating tasks and ensuring all duties are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.
Coordinate and oversee formal and informal events, including setting up dining arrangements, serving meals, and attending to guests' needs.
Provide personal assistance to the family members, including running errands, managing schedules, and arranging travel plans.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the household and family.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar role, preferably in a high-profile household or luxury hospitality setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff members.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
