Recruitment Assistant

Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing information and answering inquiries. Coordinate logistics for interviews, including arranging meeting times, setting up video conferences, and preparing interview materials. Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent. Compile and update reports on recruitment activity and maintain recruitment metrics. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and the qualifications needed for each role. Help in the creation and revision of job descriptions. Provide administrative support as needed, including record-keeping and file management.​
