Job description
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Private Chef (M/F) for one of our clients to work in Sobha Hartland, Dubai.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to create delicious and nutritious meals for a family of three members, including two adults and one baby. The ideal candidate will have expertise in traditional Chinese cuisine and Mediterranean cuisine and will be responsible for preparing three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
This is a full-time and permanent role to be filled as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Prepare, and serve three meals a day for the family, with a focus on traditional Chinese cuisine and Mediterranean cuisine.
Create diverse and flavorful menus that cater to the tastes and preferences of the family members.
Ensure all meals are balanced and nutritious considering any dietary restrictions or preferences.
Source high-quality ingredients and maintain a well-stocked pantry and kitchen.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Private Chef, with expertise in traditional Chinese cuisine and Mediterranean cuisine.
Strong culinary skills and creativity, with a passion for creating delicious and healthy food.
Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements, with the ability to accommodate special dietary needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and execute meals efficiently.
