Job description
One of our HNW client is seeking an experienced live-in Domestic Couple for their large estate in the "the Garden of England".
The couple will oversee and handle the day to day running of the residence.
The successful couple will be hands on in their approach, happy to help in any areas and be hard-working and flexible.
This is an immaculate and tidy home; the candidates must be very organised and have high standards.
Responsibilities
HOUSEKEEPER/COOK:
General home management
The housekeeper will be able to provision and manage the household and undertake the day-to-day housekeeping duties. These duties will include the general cleaning of the house to high standards, polishing silver, and brass, polishing furniture, doing all the laundry including bedlinen.
You will also provide healthy nutritious meals and assist when the rest of the family and friends visits on occasion.
HANDYMAN/BUTLER:
Partner to care for the ground maintenance, Cleaning of cars and undertake any maintenance duties around the property.
You will need to deal with any indoor maintenance as required.
Also have to co-ordinate the servicing of all cars and garden equipment.
Dog walking
Between you both you will also deal with cleaning windows, deal with suppliers and grocery shops
Working as the Butler with table service and assisting around the home.
Requirements
Previous experience working in a domestic environment with good references
Take pride in their work
Well presented
Clean driving licence
Flexible / Hard working / Hands-on
Self-sufficiency and autonomy
Happy to step into any roles in the household and help as needed
Work conditions
Live-in accommodation provided, separate quarters
Sorry no dependent children or pets
To start April 2024
Salary
Negotiable depending on experience
