Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Butler to join our UHNW Client in Oklahoma.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, forward-thinking, and energetic, capable of managing various tasks including meal preparation, pet care, and overseeing property security. This position requires flexibility, as the Butler will be expected to travel with the principal and adjust their schedule accordingly.
Responsibilities
Housekeeping: Housekeeper attends property 3-4 times a week, so basic maintaining of the household and general upkeep when H/K absent.
Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare healthy meals for the principal, serving lunch and dinner with a focus on nutritious options.
Service: Serve meals and beverages in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring the principal's preferences are met.
Pet Care: Provide care for the household pet, including walking the dog and ensuring their well-being.
Travel: Accompany the principal on trips, both domestic and international, ensuring all travel arrangements are organised and executed smoothly.
Security Oversight: Utilise a background in security to oversee the property and ensure its safety and security when the principal is away.
Organisation: Proactively anticipate the needs of the principal, maintaining a high level of organisation and efficiency in all tasks.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in a high-profile household or luxury setting.
Trustworthy person
Ability to be discreet
Dynamic person
Knowledge and love of cooking
English spoken at a good level
Driving license required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative.
Flexibility in schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
High energy levels and physical stamina to perform tasks such as walking the dog and carrying out housekeeping duties.
Valid passport and willingness to travel on short notice.
Comfortable with live-in arrangements, with the option of provided accommodation.
Pet-friendly attitude and willingness to care for household pet.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass background checks and maintain confidentiality.
Work conditions
Flexible schedule during periods when the principal is away.

Start Time: 7:30 AM
Full-time, live-in option available
Salary
