Yacht Crew Recruiter

Recruitment and Selection: Identify and recruit skilled yacht crew for various positions, including captains, chefs, engineers, deckhands, and stewards. Client Management: Work closely with yacht owners and captains to understand their specific crew needs and preferences. Candidate Management: Build and maintain a strong network of yacht crew candidates, ensuring their qualifications, experience, and certifications are up-to-date. Interviewing and Vetting: Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks to ensure candidates meet the high standards required for luxury yacht crew. Administrative Duties: Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including contract negotiation, compliance with maritime regulations, and maintaining detailed records.​ Partnership and Buisness development: Developp partnership with with yachting suppliers, prospection and be present for yachting events.
