Job description
We are seeking a committed and reliable couple to ensure the perfect upkeep of a chateau located near Gisors, in Oise (60). This role involves overall responsibility for the estate, including maintenance and surveillance.
The ideal couple will commit for an indefinite duration, providing essential daily support to the owner. A housekeeper and a chef are already part of the chateau's team.
The position is located near Gisors (60), is offered on a permanent contract (CDI), and is available for immediate start.
Responsibilities
For Mister :
Supervise general maintenance of the estate.
Coordinate maintenance and renovation work.
Ensure surveillance and security of the estate.
Manage coordination with service providers, quotes, and billing.
Collaborate with the owner's Treasurer for expenses and budgets.
Organize mail, parcels, and staff monitoring.
Provide transportation for the owner in the driver's absence.
Perform various DIY and repair tasks.
Provide regular reports to the owner.
For Madame :
Maintain perfect interior upkeep of the residence.
Handle the maintenance of household and owner's linen.
Work in collaboration with the housekeeper already present.
Provide table service.
Manage purchases in collaboration with the Chef and the Manager.
Prepare meals in the Chef's absence, according to the owner's preferences.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Pleasant nature and seeking a long-term commitment.
Trustworthy, discreet, serious, and reliable individuals.
Dynamic, versatile, and flexible.
Capable of working autonomously and organized.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in French and basic English knowledge.
Driving license required for both individuals.
Work conditions
Job Title: Guardian Couple.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Work Location: Near Gisors, Oise (60).
Contract Type: Full-time permanent contract (CDI), flexibility required (frequent weekend work with weekdays off).
6-month probation period.
Indivisible contracts for both individuals, also linked to accommodation.
Accommodation provided in a comfortable and independent house on the estate (no pets or dependent children, cats accepted).
