Job description

We are looking for an House Manager for an UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) family, to take full charge of managing their secondary residence, a castle located in Cergy in the Val d'Oise. This is a permanent contract that needs to be filled quickly. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the luxury field and must demonstrate great flexibility with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Receiving the owners, their guests, and their household staff Diligent supervision of the estate's maintenance, adhering to high standards Coordination with craftsmen for works and monitoring their interventions Leadership and direction of the year-round household staff (6 people) Maintenance control of swimming pools Inspection for any internal or external damages Supervision and direction of the work of gardeners and residential staff Writing periodic reports on the state of the estate Managing deliveries and packages Receiving mail and relaying relevant information to the family office Budget tracking and accounting Supervision of alarm systems Coordination with external service providers Management of supplies and inventories

Requirements

Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar context or in luxury hospitality Excellent sense of service High organization and proactivity Proven managerial skills Strong attention to detail Ability to be flexible and discreet "Can do" attitude required Fluent in English and French Driving license required

Work conditions

Start date: As soon as possible Contract type: Full-time permanent position, executive status Hours: Flexible, adaptability required during the owners' stays Probationary period: 3 months, renewable

Salary

Salary: 60k€ gross per year, including the 13th month + accommodation + service vehicle
