Job description

We are looking for a kitchen service agent for our client's upscale private day care center project, who will be responsible for ensuring that the project meets the required quality standards. Full-time CDI position to be filled rapidly in Marseille 8th district.

Responsibilities

Reception, heating of meals and maintenance of crèche premises. To do this, the housekeeping agent must know and respect health and safety rules. The inside service agent must also ensure traceability of the tasks entrusted to him/her. Management of food, hygiene and cleaning product stocks Disinfection and maintenance of kitchen equipment and premises in compliance with the HACCP method and the Plan de Maîtrise Sanitaire (PMS) and the "biberonerie". Heat meals and perform all tasks related to the reheating unit, in compliance with HACCP standards specific to the activity in question The creation of various workshops for children and their families on taste awakening, recipe creation, etc. The implementation of harmonized hygiene practices, with protocols to be drawn up, followed and enforced. At SQWARE, HACCP training courses are offered on a regular basis, and we ensure that your training, knowledge and skills are kept up to date.

Requirements
