Job description
A prestigious household in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai seeks an experienced Private Chef.
The role involves cooking nutritious meals for a family. The ideal candidate will be an innovative culinary professional passionate about delivering personalized dining experiences.
Responsibilities
Prepare daily menus including breakfast (sometimes), lunch, and dinner, considering nutritional needs and preferences.
Will cook for the client and sometimes with the 2 daughters
Will cook minimum twice per day
Adapt menus for special diets, allergies, and specific culinary requests.
Oversee the kitchen's operational management, including inventory control, and maintain equipment.
Ensure all meals are prepared on time and to the highest standard of quality
Ensure the kitchen and work areas are kept clean and tidy, adhering to food safety regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Private Chef or significant experience in reputable restaurants or private household
Formal culinary training or experience and a comprehensive understanding of various cuisines and dietary requirements.
Can cook without refined sugar, can cook organic foods.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexibility to accommodate the family's schedule and dietary preferences.
Proficient in English
Work conditions
This is a live-out, full-time position.
Can travel with the client
Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Sponsorship will be provided; VISA, Flight ticket, Medical Insurance
Salary
