Job description

We are looking for an experienced Personal and Executive Assistant for one of our clients, in a permanent position based in Monaco. The ideal candidate will be polyvalent, rigorous, organized and provide reliable assistance to Mr. in his daily activities. This person will be responsible for managing activities related to personal life (appointment scheduling, travel booking, support services, etc.) and professional tasks such as managing email, organizing meetings and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities

Managing Mr.'s mailbox. Welcoming visitors at the company's office. Handling the company's phone system at the end of the day. Organizing meetings between Mr. and his collaborators. Filing and organizing Mr.'s documents. Working closely with the company's financial department. Receiving and sending mail, managing supplies inventories. Managing professional/personal travel arrangements (flights, hotels, restaurants). Scheduling appointments (doctors, hairdressers, etc.). Administering and managing the family's private financial affairs. Managing subcontractors and suppliers for the family's multiple private properties. Support services (dry cleaning, packages, etc.).

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. Ability to respond promptly to Mr.'s requests. Dynamic, available, and flexible. Excellent communication skills, ease in interpersonal exchanges. Expert in organization and planning. Determined, committed to excellence in problem-solving. Stress-resistant. Honest, reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. Fluency in French and English is required. Proficiency in German is a plus.

Job Title: Personal and Executive Assistant Position to be filled: As soon as possible Location: Monaco Employment Contract: Permanent contract - Full time Executive Status Working Hours: Full-time, 12:00 PM - 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary

Recommended monthly salary between €3 000 and €3 500 net, depending on profile.
