Job description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Private Chef to join a private household in Dubai.
This position requires immediate availability and offers the opportunity to showcase culinary expertise in a high-end, personalized setting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide range of dishes, meeting the dietary preferences and requirements of the family.
Responsibilities
Plan and prepare daily meals for the family, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
Cater to various dietary requirements, preferences, and cultural cuisines.
Source high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen inventory.
Design and innovate menus regularly, incorporating both healthy and indulgent options.
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Collaborate with other household staff for seamless service.
Organize and execute special events and dinner parties.
Maintain a budget for kitchen expenses.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Private Chef or in high-end restaurants.
Culinary arts training or equivalent professional qualifications.
Strong knowledge of different cuisines, dietary needs, and modern cooking techniques.
Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
Creativity and passion for culinary excellence.
