Job description

We are looking for a Handyman (male/female) for our client in Monaco. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring both professional and personal transportation for the gentleman. In addition to driving duties, the person will be required to handle administrative tasks related to the automotive fleet and vehicle maintenance. He/She will also be in charge of running errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and various appointments. This position is based in Monaco and is available for immediate full-time permanent employment (CDI).

Responsibilities

Drive the gentleman to his professional and private appointments. Plan routes before departures and prepare the vehicle accordingly. Drive in compliance with traffic regulations and safety rules. Be responsible for the vehicle's interior and exterior maintenance. Regularly maintain the vehicles, including servicing, potential technical inspections, and insurance management. Identify any potential vehicle faults, conduct checks such as tire wear and oil level, and ensure the vehicle's proper functioning and safety. Carry out shopping and various purchases upon request. Ensure daily dog walking. Be mobile during the gentleman's travels. Provide additional services such as dry cleaning, parcel management, and other errands. Plan recurring client requests to ensure efficient service. Summarize daily tasks in a message to the client (recap the day's tasks and plan for the next day). Always propose four solutions to potential problems to the client to anticipate complications.

Requirements

Male/Female with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role A completely trustworthy person with experience in highly demanding professional environments Undeniable discretion and confidentiality Discreet, friendly person Dynamic and organized candidate Regular communication (via WhatsApp) and precise feedback with the client Situational intelligence as well as a sense of responsibility and initiative Flexibility and mobility Excellent French speaking skills required, good English level desired Possession of a valid B driver's license with an up-to-date point record Current passport Must Speck French
