We are looking for a reliable Personal Assistant for our client, a former artist living in Paris, to assist her in daily tasks and provide companionship. The candidate will also be responsible for handling administrative tasks related to her personal activities.
The position is located in Paris 7th, France, and is a part-time permanent position available as soon as possible.
Assist in the management of daily activities and routine affairs.
Provide companionship and engage in conversations with Madame.
Coordinate travel arrangements (transportation, hotels, restaurants, events).
Manage appointments (doctors, hairdressers, etc.) and family events.
Assist in administrative tasks related to a country house.
Archive photos related to the employer's career.
Assist in the management of antiques.
Administer the employer's private affairs (administration documents, health, etc.).
Mail management (reception, filing, processing, possible responses).
Process payments.
Communicate with the family via WhatsApp.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Capable of responding promptly to the family's requests.
Dynamic, available, and flexible.
Excellent communication skills and ease in interactions.
Organizational expert.
Honest, reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
Person with a sensitivity to art and culture, skilled in the art of conversation.
Knowledgeable candidate with know-how and interpersonal skills, and a good level of eloquence.
