Job description

We are seeking a full-time Butler for one of our clients based in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, on a fixed-term contract of 6 months. As the person responsible for organizing the life of the employer, you will be in charge of booking various trips and restaurants, accompanying teenagers to school, and performing additional services. You will also supervise service providers such as the housekeeper, handyman, delivery personnel, etc. ​The position is to be filled promptly.

Responsibilities

Engage and organize the schedule of a housekeeper to maintain the apartment clean and tidy. Support services (receiving packages, dry cleaning, various appointments). Management of supplies (small local suppliers and supermarkets). Management of family laundry. Take care of some of the children's school trips (14 to 17 years old). Assistance in the administrative management of the employer (supplier invoices, subscriptions, service providers, etc.). Organize and supervise on-site staff, manage interventions from suppliers and service providers. Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and home automation, monitor equipment performance, and report any malfunctions. Accompany during trips abroad. Prepare suitcases before trips. Booking high-end travel and restaurant reservations. Assistance in preparing breakfasts or meals. Regular reports to the employer. Respond to client needs.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in a private family. Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. Dynamic and proactive. Organized, polyvalent, and autonomous. Flexible and mobile. Demonstrate discretion towards the employer. Knowledge of the high-end environment is appreciated. Driver's license. Valid passport.

Salary

Starting from €3 750 net/month depending on the profile.
