Job description

We are looking for an Estate Manager for one of our clients in Geneva, for a permanent contract (CDI). The candidate will be responsible for managing several properties worldwide. Their responsibilities will include overseeing the smooth operation of villas and staff management. This is a full-time permanent (CDI) position. Start date as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and supervise domestic staff across different villas. Oversee overall maintenance and repairs of the property grounds and buildings. Accountable for managing the property's budget. Ensure the home is well-maintained and all practical equipment is functioning properly. Create property manuals and obtain competitive quotes for all repairs. Manage multiple properties, traveling to each to provide oversight and maintain contact with sites and teams. Act as the main point of contact for staff and external service providers. Act as the first point of contact in emergencies. Conduct property inventories. Check the property before the owners' arrival. Continuously cater to the property owners' needs.​​​

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in a similar position. Discreet individuals with a strong sense of confidentiality. Meticulous with a sense of responsibility. Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member. Skills in negotiation and conflict management. Resilience to stress, time management, and problem-solving skills. Advanced computer skills, ability to respond promptly to emails and messaging requests. Driving license required. Mobile and Flexible. Switzerland work permit Proficiency in both French and English.​ ​

From annual gross amount of 60,000k CHF depending on profile and experience
