Job description

Our client is looking for a multi-skilled Guardian for its holiday home in Malesherbes (Loiret), with responsibility for site surveillance and general equipment maintenance. Position to be filled as soon as possible. 6-month fixed-term contract (evolving to permanent contract) with very comfortable company housing.

Responsibilities

Surveillance and guarding of the estate (30 hectares) Ensure that all equipment and appliances are in good working order Interface with service providers Ensure that fences are in good condition Report the presence of wild boar or other forest animals to the authorities Ensure that maintenance work is carried out correctly Carry out minor DIY and repairs Terrace maintenance Raking paths, clearing undergrowth, sweeping and light gardening Vegetable garden maintenance Tool maintenance Management of estimates, invoices, expenses...with reporting to Paris office Shopping on request Driver on request Reporting to Paris office

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar professional environment Versatile, dynamic and autonomous Good communication skills Discretion assured to the employer A hands-on person who enjoys tinkering and gardening Enjoys working in a rural and forest environment Good knowledge of gardening and agricultural equipment (tractor, tools) Familiar with animals Driving license required
