Job description

We are looking an experienced and caring Guardian Couple for our client's secondary residence. The couple will be responsible for overseeing the property and ensuring the proper maintenance of the interior of a 600 m2 house. The estate spans 60 hectares and is located in Ognon, in the Oise region. The position is a full-time permanent contract (CDI) starting in January 2024. This is a live-in position in a separate house. Children and pets are welcome.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and tidying the 600 m2 house Household chores (vacuuming, window cleaning, floor cleaning, dusting, etc.) Laundry and ironing Running errands and various shopping Preparing lunches and dinners (simple, balanced family cooking) Setting up the table Informal service Monitoring and guarding the property Managing alarms and surveillance systems Maintaining the park (pruning, logging, trimming, mowing, watering, weeding, flower bed maintenance, etc.) Cultivating and maintaining the vegetable garden Maintenance and upkeep of equipment and tools Minor DIY and repairs Managing and supervising external service providers Waste management Driving duties (company car provided) Regular reporting to the employer

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role A couple seeking long-term employment Trustworthy, honest, and discreet individuals Enjoy helping and being attentive Cheerful and good-natured people DIY skills Required knowledge in gardening Good interpersonal and communication skills Enjoy cooking Must speak French Driving license required for the couple

Salary

Proposed Net Monthly Salary: €4,500 net per month for the couple
