Job description

We are looking for a Private Chef (M/F) for one of our clients, not provided with accommodation, for an UHNW family in Miami.

Fixed-term contract for 1 month.

Position available from November 20th to December 21st.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner, showcasing your expertise in international cuisine.
Create customized menus that cater to the unique preferences of the clients.
Maintain the highest culinary standards, ensuring that the quality and presentation of dishes meet client expectations.
Work closely with household staff to ensure seamless culinary experiences.
Manage daily kitchen operations, including sourcing suppliers, kitchen organization, and inventory control.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and all related areas.
Respect dietary restrictions and required preferences.

Requirements

Proven experience as a chef in renowned gourmet establishments or on luxury yachts.
In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, quality ingredients, and the latest culinary trends.
Cost management skills and budget planning expertise.
Training in upscale cuisine.
Interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Professional appearance.
Fluency in English.
