Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to represent Morgan Mallet International in the US, primarily focusing on NYC, Miami, and Los Angeles regions. The selected individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and connecting top-tier talent with our esteemed clientele.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, ensuring a match with client requirements.
Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring they are met promptly.
Interviewing: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability, skills, and fit.
Market Analysis: Stay updated with the market trends, competitor activities, and any changes in the staffing domain specific to NYC, Miami, and Los Angeles.
Database Management: Maintain a robust candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Brand Ambassador: Represent Morgan Mallet International at networking events, career fairs, and other relevant platforms, promoting the brand and sourcing potential candidates.
Feedback Mechanism: Provide feedback to both candidates and clients post-interview, ensuring transparency in the process.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the industry's best practices, new tools, and technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the "luxury staffing recruitment"
Strong network in the NYC, Miami, and Los Angeles job markets.
Proficient in using recruitment software and platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
